I cannot say enough good things about the craftsmen who manufactured the counter tops and installed them. Their attention to detail, their methodical and careful work gave us a kitchen that is absolutely amazing. They were extremely courteous. They would quickly explain to us any adjustments they needed to make, before the adjustment was made. There was a minor error in a small piece of the order that the installers recognized. By the time they left our home, a new piece had been cut and installed!
Because of the configuration of our counter area and the size of the granite slab, some seams had to be cut. I was amazed at how well those seams came together. Absolute perfection!

I was out at my mom‘s house on Saturday and the granite looks great! Thank you for the good job and for making it easy for me to handle this long distance.
I also wanted to make a comment about your plumber. There was some work that needed to be done for the dishwasher and oven we were having installed and he called me to see if I wanted him to take care of it while he was there. The appliance installers completely dropped the ball and left a note rather than calling me and telling me that a plumber was needed before installation. Your plumber saw the note they left and called and took care of everything and billed me. I REALLY appreciate what he did!

Couple of things for you. First, I have to compliment you on the two gentlemen who installed our countertops. You said they would be here after lunch Monday. Not only were they timely, but they had the courtesy to call ahead just to let me know when they were going to be here. Next, they kept calling me "Sir". I told them my name was "Dan", but habit prevailed and I was "Sir" for most of the afternoon. As far as the install goes, they knew exactly what they were doing and were very efficient and informative (I asked lots of questions). It actually took them a little longer than they expected, but at no time did they give me the impression that they were late and needed to hurry. When they were done, they left the place as clean, if not cleaner, than when they got here. They made sure that I had all my questions answered and extended us the best with our new house. What a nice way to finish off the Kitchen with such a pleasant experience.
So, please extend once again, our thanks and appreciation for a job well done. The countertops look GREAT.
